Mother's Day

I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day.  I did.  Mother's Day (or any holiday for that matter) is always good when Chris is home for it.  I was waken up with breakfast in bed.  Chris and the kids made me french toast with strawberries, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and juice.  Better than Ihop-really!

My favorite thing about Mother's Day is reading the statements that the kids fill out about me.  Austin wins at making me laugh the most.   When asked to fill in the blank for where I was born, he put South America.  We think he meant Southern California, but we all got a good laugh at it.  Kayla's were great too.  She said  I was smart because I knew my times tables.  It's always fun to find out how your children see you.

That is so cute! My Heidi used to say Abraham (as in Lincoln) B. Hinkley.
