This weekend was our neighbor's birthday. We went out to eat and then went to their house to hang out and have cake and ice cream. I did the cake for her birthday present. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 1:30am when I finished it, I would have taken more time and fix some things on it, but I was too tired. I tried a recipe for marshmallow fondant instead of regular fondant. It did taste a lot better, but because of the humidity here it took longer than expected to make it.
