Austin's Birthday

We celebrated Austin's 5th birthday last week! (I know, I can't believe it either!) We had a fun time celebrating with our family and some neighbors. His cake didn't turned out like how I hoped it would. I should have used gum paste instead of fondant. It didn't harden and support itself like I thought it would. But it was a learning experience. He wanted Handy Manny, so I tried!

Jeanette, you are so amazing at making cakes! I am glad to hear that you are all settled in now. I am sorry that we didn't get in touch while you were still here in Southern Cal. I lost your number. Hope all is well. Heather

Yeah, you have a blog now. Sydney misses Kayla. She still talks about her and missing having a sleep over before you guys left. NC isn't too far from Virginia where my parents are. Maybe when we come out for our summer trip we can work something our, Sydney would love it. And your cake is awesome, I wouldn't even know where to start. So glad to see you happy and settled over there.
